been selected, by SGA Com- panies and ALTAWorldwide, to build the Capitol Courts luxury apartment complex in the Hill East neighborhood of Washington, DC. The new 98,900 s/f, six-story, multifamily building will in- clude 117 luxury apartments, ground-floor retail, below- grade parking and a rooftop courtyard. Other amenities will include a fitness center, lounge and e-bar. The project requires demo- lition and renovations to an

existing townhome on the site that will be used as the apartment rental office. The project, currently in the site work phase, is scheduled for completion in August 2019.

The Eastern Pennsylvania office of Kinsley Construction, Inc. was recently awarded its second project at Immaculata University. Designed to match the exist-

ing West Campus Housing, which Kinsley built in 2014, the new three-story, 11,000 s/f student activity center will provide a central area for stu-

dents to relax and socialize. The building will feature: • 20-foot-high lounge area inclusive of a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace • Game room equipped with two gaming stations, billiards, shuffleboard and ping pong • Dining area and full-ser- vice kitchen • Snack bar featuring an open grill and self-service milkshake station • Fitness center equipped with 34 exercise stations • 900 s/f multi-purpose room with theater-style technology and equipment Groundbreaking on the new IHM Student Center will oc- cur on April 25, 2018 and the building is scheduled to be complete and ready for stu- dent use during the fall 2018 semester.  Kranz and Sgagias of NAI CIR rep. seller in multi- family transaction
