Sheldon Gross Realty brokers deal on sale of 41,500 s/f property to HSJE Realty EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 41,500 s/f mixed retail and warehouse facility at 2 Claire Rd. in East Brunswick was ac- quired by HSJERealty . While the transaction was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty’s Jonathan Glick , executive vice president, and Glenn Jaffe , senior vice president, HSJE Realty was represented by Howard Applebaum , president of Corporate Amer- ica Realty & Advisors . The East Brunswick facil- ity has three tenants, each of which uses a portion of the premises for warehousing and retail. The property is located mid-way between New York City and Philadelphia, just off the New Jersey Turnpike’s Exit 9 and immediately adja- cent to Route 18. In addition, it’s only a 30-minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport. Rittenhouse Realty Advisors recently celebrated five years in business and $100 million in property sold in the first quarter of this year. The group formed their debt and equity team, Rittenhouse Capital Advisors, in 2014. Rittenhouse Retail expands the group’s of- ferings to existing clients as well as creates an opportunity to compete in a new market. Corey Lonberger , manag- ing partner at RRA, stated: “Larry and his team are highly skilled at what they do.
