is key in this business. New agents are sometimes disap- pointed to discover that deals do not happen overnight. Re- lationships take time develop and success is built upon the accumulation of small wins. Who do you feel was most influential in your life when choosing this profession? My father. He’s been in the real estate industry his whole life. While I was grow- ing up I was fortunate to be exposed to the business and have a understanding

of what this business would be like. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free time? I feel that a work life bal- ance is very important to stay grounded. I enjoy being outside to disconnect from the busy weeks whether its golfing in the summer or ski- ing in the winter. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive gradu- ating from college today? Work hard and be patient. 

plishment? Creating a Multi-Family investment sale platform at my previous company, (High Associates) which is traditionally an office and industrial brokerage firm. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? As a PA Broker working for a New Jersey based com- pany, my presence gives our agents with New Jersey clients exposure to markets where they typically would not see inventory. In this role, we are able to co-broke on deals that bring investors into new markets. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? I have been very fortunate to have great bosses through- out my career that served as mentors. What impact has social media/networking had on your career? While I believe social me- dia is a good outlet to net- work and stay up to date on the industry, it has not had a significant role. As an atypical millennial, I operate under the belief that success in this industry is based on face-to-face interaction and conducting business in person. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current posi- tion and why you choose the field/profession you are in today? I started my career at the height of the recession with Marcus and Millichap in Philadelphia. It was very challenging, however, it proved to be a great market to learn the business and build relationships. When the market changed I sawmy early work come to fruition. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most suc- cessful in your profession? After starting my career in a recession, I’ve learned that hard work is essential
