Now I try to think about where I would like to be five years from now and set financial goals to get there. Every day I strive to keep on top of what is happening in the real estate market in the Lehigh Valley, and other factors that affect real estate so that I can be a source of knowledge for my cli- ents. My ultimate goal is to be the the top-producing broker for multi-family transactions across the Lehigh Valley.

I have been continually adjusting my goals since I began in real estate. I would say that my greatest professional accomplishment was the first listing I brought into RRA on my own. Every agent goes through the same process of making cold calls and hearing “no” a lot. Being able to push through the self- doubt makes the first listing feel so satisfying no matter the size. From there, I was off to the races. What is your most no- table project, deal or trans- action? My most notable deal was brokering the sale of North- Park Apartments in Bethle- hem, PA. NorthPark Apart- ments is a beautiful, newly constructed 48-unit apartment building that had only been oc- cupied for a few months prior to RRA taking the listing. We ended up selling that deal for the highest price per unit ever sold for apartments in the Le- high Valley. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry? I contribute to RRA by work- ing hard and bringing a posi- tive energy to the office every day. We have a really great team of people who are work- ing diligently to provide excel- lent service to our clients. I try to be an example to the young- er associates and teach them ways to be successful in Real Estate. With the more sea- soned brokers that have been in the business longer than myself, I try to be a sponge and learn as much from them as possible. In terms of what I bring to the industry, I strive to be a personable, knowledge- able, approachable broker. I want to be a reliable resource for my clients and help them achieve their goals for their investments. What impact has social media / networking had on your career? Networking is everything in the brokerage business and has had a great impact on my career. You never know when you are going to meet someone that could lead you to your next deal. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current posi- tion and why you chose the field/profession you are in today?
I began my career in Real Estate seven years ago when I lived in Hoboken, NJ. That was just around the time Rit- tenhouse Realty Advisors first opened. I had the opportunity to meet the team they had
put together and saw that everyone was hungry and ready to work hard to help the company grow. At that point I was commuting fromHoboken to Philadelphia, often times sleeping in the conference
