ANCASTER COUN- TY, PA — The Gold- enberg Group has signed leases with Best Buy at two of its shopping center locations: Red Rose Commons in Lancaster County and at Whitman Square in Northeast Philadelphia. With the addi- tion of Best Buy, both centers are now fully leased with en- gaging retail mix tailored to suit the area’s demographics. Best Buy replaces HHGregg, joining Home Depot, Home Goods, Old Navy, OfficeMax, Barnes & Noble, Weis Mar- ket, PetSmart, Party City, Verizon, Burlington and Plaza Azteca at Red Rose Commons on Rte. 30 at Fruitville Pike in Lancaster. The consumer electronics retailer will also take over space formerly occu- pied by HHGregg at Whitman Square on Roosevelt Blvd. at Grant Ave., which is home to Walmart, Michaels, Lowes Home Improvement, Ashley Home Store, Famous Foot- wear, Famous Dave’s, Petco, Rite Aid, Longhorn Steak- house, Buffalo WildWings and Chick-fil-A. “Best Buy understands changes in consumer shop- ping behavior and has evolved, recreating retail that offers a dynamic shopping experi- ence for our customers,” said Daniel Sonnentag , senior VP of leasing for The Golden- berg Group. “It’s become an attraction and a destination where shoppers can touch, feel and ask questions about new technology.” L
