Sager and Blitt from Bussel Realty represent tenant Fujitsu General America leases 155,000 s/f at Rockefeller Group Logistics Center
ISCATAWAY, NJ — Rockefeller Group , a real estate developer, owner and manager, along with joint venture partner PCCP, LLC , announced that Fujitsu General America Inc. (Fujitsu General) has leased 155,000 s/f at Rockefeller Group Logistics Center in Pis- cataway. Fujitsu General is consolidating and expanding its New Jersey distribution operations into this facility. In other news, Rockefeller Group announced that Mark Shearer has joined the com- pany as senior vice president and regional development officer for the New Jersey/ Pennsylvania region. Shearer, a 30-year veteran of the com- mercial real estate industry, will be based in Rockefeller Group’s Morristown office and will lead all New Jersey and Pennsylvania development operations for the company. Drawing upon his deep com- mercial real estate expertise and his recent management of one of the largest indus- trial real estate portfolios in the New York/New Jersey market, Mr. Shearer is well- positioned to lead Rockefeller Group’s already strong roster of commercial real estate de- velopment professionals and projects.
