BA Environmental Services Inc. (CBA) is celebrating its 24th year of continued success by delivering solutions to land owners, developers, engineers, attorneys, and communities who are faced with challeng- ing environmental issues. CBA has completed over 200 golf course and historic agri- cultural site re-development remediation projects across the entire Eastern United States, Mid-West and West Coast. CBA has developed and commercialized a variety of technologies for treatment of several types of soil con- tamination including CVOC’s, mixed waste, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and heavy metals including arse- nic, lead and dieldrin which are highly prevalent on former golf course areas and agricul- tural sites. These sites set for redevelopment typically require a soil analysis and re- quired remediation before the redevelopment process begins. CBA’s In-Situ soil blending process offers an effective and expedited alternative solution to treat pesticide and herbicide impacted soils set for redevel- opment. In-Situ, or in-place soil blending, is the fastest and most cost-effective ap- proach to remediate pesticide impacted land. Properties with contamination can sometimes be problematic, however, with the utilization of CBA’s expe- rience and technology most properties can be remediated to eliminate or reduce the con- taminants to acceptable levels. CBA delivers performance- based guaranteed remediation services that are the most ef- ficient and effective means of remediation on the market. When considering a cost-ben- efit analysis, it is evident that the costs for excavation, liabil- ity inheritance, and deed re- strictions far exceed the costs of soil blending on-site . Our In-Situ soil blending method allows for original soils to stay in-place, therefore avoiding offsite disposal liability, and eliminates the need for deed restrictions, and engineered caps. This is beneficial to the site owner as it allows for them to have the flexibility to construct single or multi- family, commercial, or retail developments, and also helps to minimize development costs and maximize their project development margins. Our soil remediation process

ing strategies dictate is a soil "crashing" effect in which soils collide with one another caus- ing a more intense breakdown, hereby facilitating a more homogeneous mixture. The various trenching heads avail- able have the ability to blend soils at 12 feet wide and 4 feet deep in a single pass or as a straight boom-stick configura- tion cutting head, 26” wide at depths of 12 feet. CBA continues to develop and apply new technologies in other areas of remediation such as the biomass and power industries. Our remedial coal solutions (RCS) is a patented

chemical treatment of raw thermal coal to increase its quality and efficiency. This treatment process benefits the industrial and power in- dustries by increasing boiler efficiencies and enables car- bon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS). The same treatment process can be applied to biomass waste and converted to a renewable ener- gy source. CBA looks forward to future opportunities where we can provide our specialized services to the environmental industry and redevelopment projects, as well as the coal and power industries. 
