cently repre- sented Auto- Lenders with the acquisi- tion of 305 W. Lincoln Highway in Exton. The 33,000 s/f modern
auto dealership facility sits on 7.3 acres at a highly trafficked and newly-signalized intersec- tion in the growing Extonmar- ket of Chester County in Phila- delphia’s Western Suburbs. Rich Weitzman

The move marks the first Pennsylvania store expansion
BETHLEHEM, PA — Matt Macdonald , vice president of Markward Group an- Macdonald of Markward Group inks 8.01 acres sale for the firm. AutoLenders opened in 1990 and has grown into one of New Jersey’s pre- owned car dealership chains with six locations and a 75,000 s/f reconditioning and cer- tification center in Central and Southern NJ. Additional sites in the tri-state region are being sought for the firm’s expansion plan. The seller was represented by The Flynn Company . Macdonald represented the Kunsman Family, the seller. Columbia Wegman Hanover LLC of Rochester NY was the buyer. Columbia Wegman Hanover has plans to develop a Senior Living Community on the property.
