L EESPORT, PA — Kinsley Construc- tion, Inc. has been selected by CHR Corporation to build the newest Rutter’s store in Leesport. The Leesport Rutter’s will be 10,257 s/f and will include one of Rutter’s largest restaurants, providing an award-winning food and beverage menu, Rut- ter’s 29-degree Beer Cave, indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate guests, free Wi-Fi and large restrooms. This location will operate 24 hours a day. Additionally, the new loca- tion will feature 16 auto fuel-

ing stations, five dedicated high-speed truck diesel bays, as well as truck parking spots. For auto vehicles, Rutter’s will offer its standard fuels of regu- lar, mid-grade, and premium, along with auto diesel. New expanded fuel offerings will also be available, including Unleaded 15, Flex Fuel, Etha- nol-Free Fuel, Off-Road Diesel and Kerosene. For trucks and commercial vehicles, Rutter’s will offer High-Speed Truck Diesel and In-Lane DEF, in addition to the convenience of a CAT scale. Construction began in early March, with completion slated for around Labor Day. Kinsley Construction, Inc. is a master builder headquar- tered in Central PA, with offices in Baltimore and Hag- erstown, MD; Metro DC; and Eastern PA, serving clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Kinsley delivers build- ing solutions through precon- struction, construction man- agement, general contracting and design-build services as well as steel fabrication and erection, highway and bridge, site work, materials and in- dustrial.
