ell us how and when you began your ca- reer in the profes- sion you are in: I was an investor and minor- ity General Partner in 12,000 residential units in Florida and the Southeast. Why did you choose the field/profession you are in today? I wanted to apply my real estate knowledge and success to help properties function at optimal performance. I strongly believe in exceptional customer service. What was your greatest professional accomplish- ment in 2018? I increased my sales by 61% from 2017 and reached my an- nual quota in July of that year. What was your most no- table project, deal or trans- action in 2018? Corvias, Higher Education Division, Howard Univer- sity. I worked with Corvias to transform the student life- style experience by provid- ing concierge to service the student residential buildings. We service seven residential buildings. How do you manage the work/life balance? I awake early in the morn- ing to have time to myself. It allows time to read, meditate and exercise. I rarely compro- mise my morning routine. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? My first business partner in Florida who has repositioned $3 billion of multi-family real estate. What impact has social media/networking had on your business? It is an amazing medium to communicate to clients, col- leagues and prospects. People often comment on my social media presence, so I know it’s effective! What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most suc- cessful in your profession? I genuinely care for people and want to provide the best solutions and customer care.
