What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social Media/Networking has been huge in my career as I have found this business is all about people. Different social media platforms and networking events give you access to certain people that you would not have otherwise. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current position and why you choose the field/profes- sion you are in today? I started in this business right after I graduated in 2013 from UVa. I did not know anything about the business, but knew it was a good mar- ket and that I would get paid on my production. The entrepreneurial nature of the business was a big attracting factor for me, as I always wanted to work for myself and create opportunities for others. What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them? An early goal of mine was to buy real estate within 4 years of being a broker in the business, which I have been able to achieve. My goal has since progressed to setting up a certain dollar amount of residual income via real estate by age 40.

What unique qualities and or personality traits do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? In my opinion the most valuable personality trait in this business is trustworthiness.

these are a few of my favorite things College : UVA Book: Rich Dad Poor Dad Team: NY Giants Sport: Football, Baseball, and Basketball Food: My parents homemademiso glazed salmon Dessert: Pistachio Macaroons Hobby: Coaching Youth Sports If you could dine with anyone dead or alive who would you choose? Barrack Obama

What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to become as successful as you are today? It was challenging to start off young with no real estate experience in the business, but I had a hunger to learn and break market records for my clients. What was the most defining moment for you? In my opinion my most defining moment was when I started my team in 2016. This gave me the opportunity to grow and develop others to perform at a high level. In 2016 and each year since we finished as the top multifamily team in the DC office. It is humbling to be the leading multifamily team as well as the youngest team in the DC office. Who do you feel was most influential in your life when choosing this profession? My parents were the most influential when choosing an entrepreneurial profession. I knew that I had to get into business based on my own production to get ahead in my professional career. What outside activities do you enjoy during your free time? I love mentoring and speaking to youth on the importance of sacrifice in attaining goals. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college today? Do not be afraid of failure! You will likely fail multiple times before you succeed, but the failures are what makes the success so meaningful. 
