Over 50% of community’s 128 two- and three-bedroom residences have also been modernized. Half of the building’s hallways have also been fully modernized. With the first phase of reno- vations now complete, Advance is in the process of updating the Bexley’s lobbies and trans- forming its landscaped court- yard into an upscale amenity deck complete with fire pits, grilling stations and seating areas.
