It will be the seventh venue for the popular winery and entertain- ment brand, which has taken a 29,762 s/f space with a long- term lease at the 838,000 s/f shopping and lifestyle center being co-developed by Mac- erich and PREIT in down- town Philadelphia. Working locally with Freeman on be- half of the tenant were Scott Mertz , president, and John Adderly , executive vice presi- dent/managing director of NAI Mertz.
