He has gained his expertise in the industrial sector working with tenants who are expanding, contracting, relocating and re- orienting their commercial real

estate footprint throughout the United States. He is extremely active within NAI Global , which enables him to leverage the network to provide expert services to his clients on a na- tional and global scale. Klear earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University. He is a licensed real estate sales- person in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a member of the NAI Global Industrial Council, as well as the Inter- national Council of Shop- ping Centers . The orga- nization adds that the initiative leverages the personal experi- ences, community leadership, and professional excellence of basketball coaches nationwide to increase cancer awareness and promote healthy living through year-round awareness efforts, fundraising activities, and advocacy programs. “I am honored to be part of such a distinguished and dedicated group. Coaches vs. Cancer is an organization I have respected and supported for years.
