AEXGroup stays in Linden, Metz of Bussel Realty brokers deal Lapides of Bussel Realty brokers sale of Glendale Business Park in Edison, New Jersey
DISON, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) , an industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced it has arranged the sale of Glendale Business Park in Edison, to an undisclosed buyer for $9 million. Glendale Business Park is comprised of three industrial buildings totaling approximate- ly 68,505 s/f. Earl Lapides , se- nior vice president of BRC, rep- resented the seller, Glendale Partners, LLP. Sitting on 6.81 acres, Glendale Business Park is a fully-tenanted industrial park that is located near the E
for its last mile pharmaceutical delivery service. “What drives many users to this market are the loca- tion and functionality of these buildings. AEX required a facility within the sophisti- cated highway transportation network which integrates in Linden. This allows them to service their customer base most efficiently. Relocating out of Linden was not an option for AEX,” saidd Metz. 2020 South Stiles St. is a 57,440 s/f industrial property located near Rte. 1-9 and the NJ Tpke., as well as the Goeth- als Bridge to Staten Island, NY. The property offers convenient access to Newark Liberty Air- port, Port Newark/Elizabeth and NYC. Team Resources’ Lewin, Cantor and Sholomink 112k lease EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — Eric Lewin, David Can- tor and Greg Sholom leased +/- 112,000 s/f at 55 Madison Circle Dr. in East Rutherford to MultiPet International. Team Resources (Team) represented the tenant and Larry Schiffenhaus of CBRE represented ProLogis , the landlord in this lease transac- tion. “55 Madison Circle, East Rutherford was a great fit for Multipet International. It gave the additional square footage needed to accommodate their growing pet products busi- ness, while also allowing them to stay in the Meadowlands, thereby minimizing disruption to their business and employ- ees,” said Lewin. Lissa Roy , senior vice presi- dent leased +/- 1.05 acres at 125 Amity St. in Jersey City to Stealth Communication Ser- vices, LLC. Team represented both the landlord and tenant. “We worked for less than a week to consummate this deal, since we first had to find and negotiate a suitable storage yard with a garage that pro- vided easy access to NYC. We were thrilled to solidify this deal in the heart of Jersey City, where lots are very hard to come by,” said Roy. Jeff Volpi, VP and Eric Lewin, sr. executive VP leased +/- 10,050 s/f at 254 Elizabeth Ave. in Newark to Asante International, LLC. Team Resources represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
Jordan Metz , senior vice president of BRC, represented both AEXGroup and the land- lord, Linden Warehouse, in the five-year deal. Metz represented AEXGroup five years ago in its relocation/ expansion to Linden. The new location reduces its footprint to eliminate space the firm did not require as its opera- tions became more efficient. The pharma delivery company chose to stay in Linden specifi- cally because of the location’s proximity and access to the major transportation infra- structure AEXGroup requires
