Ross Dr. in El- mwood Park. BioReference Laboratories is the firm’s largest tenant leasing over 227,037 s/f in Elmwood Park spread across four buildings in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ portfolio. E

In addi- tion to Elmwood Park Plaza a 68,000 s/f office building at 475 Market Street, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is the proud developer, owner, and manager of three industrial buildings in Elmwood Park totaling 209,904 s/f across 481 Edward H. Ross Drive, 487 Edward H. Ross Drive, and
