BioReference Laboratories leases 50,429 s/f of industrial space Alfred Sanzari Enterprises negotiates lease renewal in Elmwood Park
lmwood Park, NJ — Alfred San- zari Enterprises , a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announces it has signed a lease renewal with BioRefer- ence Laboratories for 50,429 s/f of industrial space at 491 Edward H. Ross Dr. in El- mwood Park. BioReference Laboratories is the firm’s largest tenant leasing over 227,037 s/f in Elmwood Park spread across four buildings in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ portfolio. E
Alfred Sanzari Enterpris- es has a storied history of successful development and management in Elmwood Park with a deep portfolio of office and industrial assets comprising over 277,000 s/f of rentable space. In addi- tion to Elmwood Park Plaza a 68,000 s/f office building at 475 Market Street, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is the proud developer, owner, and manager of three industrial buildings in Elmwood Park totaling 209,904 s/f across 481 Edward H. Ross Drive, 487 Edward H. Ross Drive, and
491 Edward H. Ross Drive.
