Discovery Labs incubator, a partnership with The Pennsyl- vania Biotechnology Center, one of the most successful in- cubator operators in the world. IQ Connect is a 100,000 s/f business incubator and labo- ratory, which brings together researchers, entrepreneurs and product development startups, along with human resources, venture capital, investment banking and other business services to pursue discovery and development of transformative scientific, life sciences, tech-enabled indus- trial, venture and consumer products.

The live/work/play environ- ment of The Discovery Labs offers vast open spaces to cul- tivate a sense of community, featuring world-class coffee shops, a $10 million conference center, video conferencing, a 275-seat auditorium and ad- joining, meeting and education rooms. The Discovery Lab’s unique design also includes a 14,000 s/f, state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment, yoga and Pilates classes, as well as outdoor options in- cluding tennis, basketball, and over two miles of walking paths. Other features include

an outdoor amphitheater, high-end on-site restaurants and complimentary shuttle transportation to train lines. Tenants include Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Thomas Jefferson University, GlaxoSmithKline, Tosoh Bio- sciences, Crown Castle and MedRisk. The Discovery Labs is also experiencing strong interest with three million square feet of space currently in proposal and prospective tenants touring the campus daily. This first Discovery Labs in King of Prussia is the proto- type for a global rollout of The Discovery Labs.  CA Senior Living begins construc- tion on 192-unit multifamily WAYNE, PA — CA Se- nior Living LLC , the senior housing investment and de- velopment division of Chicago- based CA Ventures announced construction is underway on Anthology of King of Prussia, a 192-unit senior living commu- nity in Wayne, 17 miles north- west of Philadelphia. Located at 350 Guthrie Rd., the 11-story building is scheduled to deliver in late 2020, marking the first senior living community in The Village at Valley Forge, a 122- acre mixed-use lifestyle village. “We are proud to be the first company to bring senior living to The Village at Valley Forge,” said Ben Burke , president of CA Senior Living. “The com- munity’s location within a dynamic mixed-use develop- ment means residents can have everything they need and want within walking distance, from specialty dining and entertain- ment destinations to medical offices.” Designed by the Chicago office of New York-based Per- kins Eastman, Anthology of King of Prussia will offer a total of 97 independent living, 63 assisted living and 32 memory care residences, with the latter located in a secure wing on the property’s third level, where residents will enjoy a private courtyard. Outdoors, at the ground level, there will be landscaped court- yards, resident-maintained gardens, walking paths, out- door dining tables and open-air fireplaces, along with numer- ous seating areas for social en- gagement or quiet reflection. 
