Krantz, a 40 year veteran in commercial real estate, joins NIA National Realty with ex- tensive experience, including roles in every facet of the com- mercial real estate industry from sales, leasing, ground up development, redevelopment, brokerage, court receiver, and management. He brings a wealth of experience in client management, negotiations and exceeding client’s expectations and a sound knowledge of the New Jersey retail and indus- trial market. “My first priority is to strengthen and grow the existing sales and investment team as NIA’s expands its foot- print throughout New Jersey” commented Krantz. “As NIA National Realty con- tinues on its growth plan, we’ve added a growth driven senior executive, Josh Krantz, who we believe will help us maintain our position as a sought-after commercial real estate firm serving multiple sectors.
