AIRFIELD, NJ — A lease on 41,458 s/f of space at 140 Clinton Rd. in Fairfield has been re- newed by All- state Flooring Distributors, in a transac- tion managed by Sheldon Gross Real- ty senior vice president Robert Nathin .
