Located at the intersection of Peninsula Blvd. and Mill Rd., the 70,707 s/f Nassau County shopping center offers acces- sibility and convenience to the area’s affluent population. Starbucks inked a 10-year lease and joins Foodtown, Ace Hardware, GoHealth Urgent Care, Petland, and T-Mobile at this location. According to Rob Gold- feder , director of leasing for Basser Kaufman, “We are delighted to bring Starbucks to Peninsula Shopping Center. They are a first-class opera- tion that consistently serves a diverse array of delectable products. They typically draw upscale customers on a daily basis that will serve to en- hance the traffic for and suc- cess of our shopping center tenants.” Starbucks was represented by Russel Helbling of Sabre Real Estate in the transac- tion. Basser Kaufman repre- sented itself. In a seperate transaction, Basser Kaufman announced a new 15,000 s/f lease with Modell’s Sporting Goods at Marlboro Plaza, Marlboro, NJ. Modell’s will accompany existing major tenants Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx, Kohl’s, Staples, and PetSmart, for a 10-year lease. Modell’s Sporting Goods was represented by Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty and Bill Farkas of Jeffery Realty . Basser Kaufman represented itself. 
