HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Pebble- brook Hotel Trust. A part- nership between Metrovest Equities Inc. and BLDG Man- agement purchased the hotel unencumbered of existing brand and management. Ad- ditionally, working on behalf of the partnership, HFF placed a 75% loan-to-cost floating- rate bridge loan with a major life insurance company. The hotel is at 415 New Jersey Ave. and is the closest hotel to the United States Cap- itol building. Additionally, it is within walking distance of Union Station, the National Mall, Georgetown University RICHMOND, VA — The Colliers International East Region Multifamily Advi- sory Group represented the seller in the sale of Hickory Creek Apartments for $45.6 million. The community was built in 1984 and includes 294 apartments.
