pleted the interior build-out and façade renovation of the DICK’S Sporting Goods store at Brass Mill Commons in Water- bury. Brookfield Properties which owns the shopping center renovated the former Toys R’ Us location for the sporting goods retailer. The store fea- tures a new sales floor, stock- room, restroom and offices. “This store was built in com- pliance with the retailer’s stan- dards, reflective of its image and reputation and we could not be more pleased,” said JR

Ad- ditional work included com- plete exterior renovations of the existing façade, including a new storefront system, brick finishes, a new canopy and ex- terior signage. The new façade required structural work to reinforce the existing steel to support newmechanical equip- ment and façade. FRCH Nelson served as the architect on the project.
