One of the premier office markets in central New Jersey Denholtz Properties signs lease renewal for 10,140 s/f at Raritan Center in Edison, NJ E

Situated at the convergence of Routes 202/206, Rte. 22, I-287 and I-78, the complex offers a highly strategic lo- cation in one of the state’s busiest retail corridors less than a quarter mile from the newly constructed Chimney Rock Crossing, a 218,000 s/f retail center anchored by Whole Foods. The Business Center of Edison features an ideal loca- tion within Raritan Center, one of the premier office mar- kets in central New Jersey, nearby Rtes. 287, 440, 1 and 9, the Garden State Pkwy. and the New Jersey Tpke., and is just five miles from the Metropark Train Station. Located in the heart of Somerset County straddling the border of Bound Brook and Bridgewater, the Bridge- water Business Park is made up of 17 flex/industrial build- ings totaling 405,000 s/f.
