partnership with Time Equi- ties Inc. , have unveiled the recently completed renova- tions and improvements at Jefferson Exchange, a 172,000 s/f, two-building office com- plex located at 100-110 South Jefferson Rd. in Whippany. Jefferson Exchange has undergone a major capital improvement program to the tune of $2 million to renovate the common areas, both inside and out, as well as adding many new amenities and services that will enhance the overall tenant experience. The interior renovations include lobby, corridor, restroom and cafe refurbishments, and the addition of a new side en- trance lobby at Building 100 South Jefferson. The highlight of the im- provements made to the prop- erty is the new, creatively de- signed amenity space known as The Quad at Jefferson Exchange, offering a cutting- edge lounge, a state-of-the-art conference & training room and fully furnished cowork- ing offices. Another newly amenity is a fully equipped fitness center with a shower and locker room. “We are excited to see our efforts over the past year come to life for our tenants—giv- ing them access to high-end amenities that enhance their day-to-day work life,” said Mi- chael Bergman , president, and CEO of Bergman Real Estate Group. “Our goal was to improve the quality of life for our tenants at Jefferson Exchange by upgrading the common elements, and by introducing new amenities and services that provide a dy- namic and comfortable work environment for companies and their employees.” The Quad at Jefferson Ex- change offers many unique amenities, including the 3,000 s/f business lounge that of- fers comfortable seating, an entertainment area with bil- liards and ping pong tables, an espresso bar with a full-time barista, and an art room to host workshops offered by local art instructors.
