Jefferson Exchange has undergone a major capital improvement program to the tune of $2 million to renovate the common areas, both inside and out, as well as adding many new amenities and services that will enhance the overall tenant experience. The interior renovations include lobby, corridor, restroom and cafe refurbishments, and the addition of a new side en- trance lobby at Building 100 South Jefferson. The highlight of the im- provements made to the prop- erty is the new, creatively de- signed amenity space known as The Quad at Jefferson Exchange, offering a cutting- edge lounge, a state-of-the-art conference & training room and fully furnished cowork- ing offices.
