1.5-acre parcel of land purchased from JC Penney in New Jersey Bennett Realty & Development and Eden Property Company Acquire Site at Rockaway
OCKAWAYTWP., NJ — Bennett Realty & Development and their partner Eden Property Company have recently pur- chased a 1.5-acre parcel of land from JC Penney. The parcel, currently a portion of JC Pen- ney’s parking lot at Rockaway Townsquare Mall has direct access to the ring road in front of the mall’s busiest entrance. The property is being leased to Miller’s Ale House who will be building a 7,000 s/f full service restaurant on the property. The new res- taurant will bring another R
