The opening follows Mill Creek’s sustained growth throughout Northern New Jer- sey, Westchester County and on Long Island. Several communi- ties have been delivered to the market in recent years, includ- ing Modera Lofts, the adaptive reuse of a former warehouse located in Jersey City’s Pow- erhouse Arts District, Modera 44 and 55, both situated in downtownMorristown; Modera Parsippany, Modera Hudson Riverfront in downtown Yon- kers and two communities in Mineola on Long Island. “The addition of an office in Jersey City is a critical
