I enjoy activities such as ka- raoke with friends and family, yoga and pole fitness to keep in shape mentally and physically. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young woman about to go into the field of commercial real estate or your allied field? What I would say is when getting into the field of real es- tate and compliance to always try to stay current in regards to knowledge. Also build rela- tionships by networking and keep going even when it may become challenging. 

28th but born two years apart. If you are the primary caregiver to your children what obstacle and chal- lenges do you meet on a day to day basis? I am met with obstacles of continuing to work hard and be that positive role model for them even on days where I may be exhausted. It’s my duty to make sure I help them continue to grow into intelligent and kind young men 24-7. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free time?

sion you are in: I began my career in the financial industry when I was looking for a full-time job to pay for my Business Management Bachelor’s degree. I fell in love with the field and utilized my degree to move up within the industry. What is your current posi- tion? Currently I am a Compliance Coordinator and also do Real Estate part-time. Why did you choose the field/profession you are in today? After being in management at the branch level, I grew a knack for the auditing and compliance aspect of the finan- cial world. What was your greatest professional accomplish- ment in 2018? My greatest accomplishment would have to be taking my New Jersey Real Estate Exam in January 2018 and obtaining five clients (two investors and three homebuyers) How do you manage the work/life balance? I make sure that I create a weekly agenda where I allow myself to have me and family time and also time to perfect my craft as well. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? My strongest influence in my career would have to be my sons, Braylon (7) and Carter (5). I want to show them by example that you can reach any goals you have set with discipline, ambition, and persistence. What impact has social media / networking had on your business? Social media and network- ing have had a positive im- pact on my business. When I passed my test I simply made a facebook status about it and received referrals because of it. What unique qualities and or personality trait do you feel makes you most successful in your profes- sion? The unique qualities I pos- sess are positive attitude and energy. I love to write affirmations and meditate to really set myself up mentally for whatever goals I have. I also update my vision board
