Gloucester County, the Wash- ington Square Town Center is redefining the traditional mixed-use concept. Developed in a joint venture partnership, the project seeks to create a dy- namic mix of retail, residential, medical, and community spaces geared towards the needs of the cross-generational populations that are increasingly making up mixed-use communities. An- chored by the RothmanMedical Building, a 40,000 s/f state-of- the-art medical office building, the property also features 330 residential apartments, 100 townhomes, 30,000 s/f of retail

space, and an assisted living facility. Already boasting a di- verse slate of traditional retail and medical tenants, the two new restaurant leases further bolster the exciting amenities offered at Washington Square Town Center. Created by Angelo Lutz, the chef behind the Kitchen Consigliere brand, Jenaro’s will bring a unique twist to the traditional Italian restaurant. Taking inspiration from Lutz’s paternal grandfather, Jenaro’s will feature homestyle Italian lunch, dinner, and brunch with seating for 145 to 165 guests. Guests will be able to enjoy homemade pasta, Italian spe- cialties, and wood fired pizza as they sample from an exciting menu of wines and spirits in a setting reminiscent of old-world Italy. Additionally, the 4,600 s/f restaurant will feature private dining rooms, a demonstration cooking and dining area, and seasonal outdoor seating. Joining Jenaro’s in Wash- ington Square Town Center is Bison Coffee Company, a family-owned and operated 70- seat indoor and outdoor café., The café will feature a rotating selection of specialty coffees roasted by Elixr Coffee, located nearby in Philadelphia. With a design echoing the beauty of the Midwest incorporating wood furnishings and elements of nature, the coffee shop will be an ideal place to relax and indulge in a fine cup of coffee, while also catering to custom- ers who want to grab and go on their morning commute. “When it comes to either picking a place to meet up with friends or grab a quick meal after a long day, today’s consumers expect more than just the same old restaurant ex- perience,” said Robert Atkins , managing partner of Atkins Companies. “When we began this project, we knew that at- tracting unique retail tenants would be vital in creating the dynamic community that we wanted to build in Washington Twp. Jenaro’s and Bison Coffee Company certainly fit the bill and we look forward to welcom- ing them toWashington Square Town Center as we continue to realize our vision for this project.” Washington Twp. Mayor Joann Gattinelli added, “Wash- ington Twp. is excited to wel- come two new restaurants to the Washington Square Town Center in Spring of 2020.” 
