Our role and partnerships in the NYC Green Code Task Force, 80x50 Technical Working Group, NYC Mayor’s Carbon Challenge, and our engagement with NYSERDA have enabled us to work closely with key stakeholders to drive impactful change. Our Chairman, President, and CEO is the sole owner - member on the implementation of New York City's Climate Mobilization Act Advisory Board, Co-Chair of its Commercial Building Pathways Working Group, Real Estate Roundtable Board Member, and Chair of its Sustainable Policy Advisory Committee, and he has had a positive impact on federal, state, and city policy.
