Safe and gentle exercises for individuals with minimal previous exercise experience. Pilates Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, concentration, breathing, and overall core strength, with a precise system of exercises. SHiNE Dance Fitness Escape from daily stress with original routines, hit, music, and choreography for all abilities. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure a full body workout.
Strength & Stretch Increase endurance in all major muscle groups using bands, weights, and chair exercises to build muscle tone and help improve bone density. Stretch Full body stretches promote flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Guided by an experienced instructor. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Boost energy with a total body workout incorporating all fitness components-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility! Mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Zumba Toning incorporates light weights to add a strengthening element. Zumba Gold is a good pace for beginners and older adults.
