for Alex Wilson and sixth place for Warren Wilson (Year 11). In the Senior Boys race our captain, Alex Jack, placed second and Oscar Kinirons eighth. We had tremendous fun racing for the first time at the annual Hampton Paarlauf, in a format of the sport that is new to us. With plenty of learning points generated, we also enjoyed great success. In Junior Boys there were 18 competing teams, with DC finishing second and eighth with our two teams. In the Intermediate Boys we came first, sixth and seventh out of 14 competing teams. Our Senior Boys came fourth and ninth out of 10 teams. Unfortunately, due to poor conditions, RGS Guildford could not run the Senior Haskell Cup Relays this season, but we did still enjoy the Junior Relays with our younger athletes. Our A team brought home team silver just behind Cranmore A. LONDON CHAMPIONSHIPS In the London Cross Country Championships 2024 our boys from all age groups excelled within the grim surrounding of an extremely wet Wormwood Scrubs. This competition offers four age categories. In the Junior Boys B race (Year 7) Dulwich A won team gold and Dulwich B joint team silver. Henry Kucerov enjoyed individual silver and Joshua Jelbert bronze. In the Junior A race (Years 8 and 9) we brought home joint team silver and Caspian Holmes won individual gold. In the Intermediate race (Years 10 and 11) we again won team gold, and Alex Wilson achieved individual silver. Warren Wilson’s seventh place also warrants mention. In the Senior category we made it three out of four, again winning team gold. Three

ENGLISH SCHOOLS CROSS COUNTRY CUP 2024 While we have come to expect round one success we were delighted that all age category teams won their events and progressed to the regional final at Verulamium Park in November. At the regional final we raced superb- ly, with both our Junior Boys and Senior Boys placing in national final qualifying places and excited about a trip to Woodbridge in Suffolk. We were disappointed for our Intermediate Boys, however, who despite having our best scoring total of the day, finished fourth team in an unbe- lievably strong field and just outside final qualification. On the day of the final, temperatures did not get above 0 degrees Celsius but our athletes were stoic and raced in- credibly pleasingly nevertheless. Needless to say we were incredibly proud of our boys’ efforts. INVITATIONAL RACES At KCS’s King’s Trophy on Wimbledon Common we enjoyed our equal best ever team finish, coming second behind Judd School. Caspian Holmes (Year 9) in eighth, Alex Jack (Year 13) in thirteenth, Oscar Kinirons (Year 12) in seventh and Alex Wilson (Year 11) in eighteenth made up our scoring team. At Harrow Ten Schools 2024, our Junior Boys, Interme- diate Boys and Senior Boys all raced superbly to team silver medals. In the Junior Boys race Caspian Holmes won individual gold. Our Intermediate Boys enjoyed a win
