Movement to Music This unique fitness program features live piano accompaniment with exercises that are safe and suitable for women of all ages. The overarching goal is to help maintain proper alignment and to improve joint flexibility. Stretches will also work on neuromuscular coordination, abdominal strength, and endurance. Carefully sequenced routines use all 632 muscles plus the surrounding joints for a complete body workout. The amazing pianists make everyday stretches come alive as they play perfect songs to fit each routine. PENNY BOWMAN has been a fitness instructor at Stayfit/NY.

Postural Therapy Movement Learn realignment techniques to stand or sit up straight, walk with efficiency and balance, and breathe more naturally. Take charge of your physical health and experience how optimal posture should feel. Gain deep insights into posture and its relation to health while learning easy, impactful postural stretches and exercises for home and/or at your work desk. Achieve insights about what causes day-to-day aches and pains (e.g., chronic back tightness, wrist discomfort while typing, difficulty sitting for extended periods). Class will combine unique and fun standing, sitting, and floor exercises. JOEYZIMET is a postural therapist with a private practice in NYC. He has a deep passion for helping people eliminate pain and function more optimally. Zimet holds an Advanced Master’s Degree (Ed.M.) in Applied Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, an M.S. in Education, and a B.S. with Honors from Rutgers University in Exercise Science.
