From the centralised air-conditioning to the automated kitchen food quality monitoring systems, upgrading to systems such as the Integrated Building Management Systems has led to more reliable and e cient service and product delivery. Digital upgrade BCCK has upgraded digitally and technologically, incorporating top-of- the-line sound systems from D&B Audiotechnik, digital signages and billboards throughout, and equipped selected meeting rooms with 20,000 ANSI Lumens projectors. Expansion has taken a front seat in BCCK’s development plans and the Centre has invested in a Mobile Telescopic Bleacher Seating System that can seat nearly 1,900 people within the great hall, diversifying the types of spectator events it can accommodate. BCCK has also had a face-li , refurbishing, xing and repainting some of its more iconic features such as its leaf-shaped roof and decorative beams, as well as phasing out older linens used in banqueting for a fresher look. Hybrid ready BCCK is expanding into hybrid, fully digital and televised events, armed with a digital broadcast suite complete with high-de nition recording and broadcasting camera sets and other studio xings. O ering add-on value to larger international events, it can broadcast, distribute recordings or archive events taking place at the venue.
