Join us for a playful and uplifting yoga practice designed for new and current students of all levels. This 55-minute Hatha-based yoga program helps you feel connected, vibrant and healthy. Begin and end each practice with guided meditation and mindful breath work. Claudia’s clear instruction guides you through stretching and exploring standing poses safely to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Seated stretches allow time to develop the mind-body connection. Final relaxation completes your practice. Each class is unique: join us on Monday afternoons, Wednesday mornings, or both. Blankets, straps, and blocks are provided to support you in learning and modifying poses. This class does not accommodate chair yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Breathe, move, stretch and grow! Students practice breathing, moving, and stretching their bodies in mindful and playful ways as they learn basic yoga poses from a certified yoga instructor and elementary school teacher. This class is fun for students who are brand new to yoga and those with some experience. Students should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.

Students practice breathing, moving, and stretching their bodies in mindful and playful ways as they learn basic yoga poses. Students learn various breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body. Play fun yoga games, try partner poses and make a related craft. Your little yogi will leave with new friends and life-long skills! Tween girls are at such an exciting time of life! Being a tween can also mean navigating new changes and challenges. This program is designed to help girls gain tools for finding balance in life. Students practice breathing techniques, yoga poses, and gentle flowing movements. They practice mindfulness activities to help improve concentration, boost confidence and build meaningful connections.
