The Fusion Tech Belly Sortation Conveyor System was designed to automate the sorting and redirection of pork bellies to containers or other conveyor lines. A digital weigh scale found at the infeed of the sortation system classifies the pork bellies by weight, while photo-eye technology as- sists in redirecting the bellies to the appropriate container or further line. Fusion Tech auger (screw) conveyors are custom designed to meet the needs of your specific application and deliver on your production goals. Our auger conveyors (also known as helix conveyors, screw conveyors, and spiral conveyors) offer efficiency and versatility, conveying bulk materials ranging from large pellets to sub-micron powders with no separation of blending products. Our engineers will work with your engineering, maintenance, production, safety, and sanitation teams to examine all project parameters and design a system that minimizes space while maximizing product yield.
UHMW paddles are strong enough to move pork bellies from the conveyor system to containers below while being easy to clean.
