Choices and decisions by each page Of the book that you write in suns That loom over the place you call home. I mourn The sense of self that was moored, Free of the sanctuary That home so easily gave – I worry I might just drift away.

Home becomes A faint remnant

Of time made for childish games, The unspoken accord of childhood, A shattered past that limps from my home.
