Auditions - Madeline’s Christmas Jamie McMahon & Krista Pojman Calling adults and youth artists! Participate in one of the two audition options for the Abbey Theater’s winter production of Madeline’s Christmas! Participants learn a song from the show, read/perform excerpts from the script and learn a dance routine. Casting offers are sent by Sept. 29. Performers must be available to rehearse Monday through Thursday from 6-9 p.m., Nov. 11-Dec. 12. There is no rehearsal on Nov. 28. Performers must be available for all performances Dec. 13-15 and Dec. 19-22. Based on the popular Disney Channel Original Movies, Disney’s Descendants: The Musical is a brand-new musical jam-packed with comedy, adventure, Disney characters and hit songs from the films! Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenage children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island … until now. When the four troublemakers are sent to prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good? Performers must be available to rehearse all Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, Sept. 7-Nov. 16 and be available for all performances Nov. 15-17.
