Join our instructor, Fallon, for an exciting fitness opportunity that can be adapted for every body! This class combines drumming to music with exercise in a way that is accessible for all participants. Get ready to unleash your inner rockstar while having a fun workout with friends! An adult provider or caregiver is welcome to attend to provide support.

Adaptive Aqua Dance Jules Rizzo

Have you ever had a dance party in the pool? Aqua Dance is an all-inclusive aquatic fitness class that promotes healthy, low-impact movements in the warm-water leisure pool slide area, which is 3-4 feet deep. All dance moves can be modified with assistance from our Aqua Fitness instructor, certified Physically Integrated Dance. Participants are welcome to freestyle their own dance movements. An adult provider or caregiver is welcome to attend and assist any participant needing support in the water. An accessibility lift, a water wheelchair and a zero-depth entry are all available. Sensory warning: Loud music is played during this class and excessive splashing may occur. Bright fluorescent lighting and other aquatic activities also occur during this program.
