Jr. Fitness: Earn the privilege of using the fitness floor before age 16. Participants meet individually with a fitness staff member and learn fitness floor etiquette, safety and correct use of equipment. Upon successful completion, teen members ages 12-15 may use the fitness floor without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants must successfully pass all areas of the program and be proficient in exercise technique, safety and fitness floor etiquette to receive their card. All Jr. Fitness Card Orientations include our fitness staff orienting your teen on the Cybex Equipment and Cardio equipment. Registration opens 72 hours before the class and closes 24 hours before scheduled class times. Payment of $16 for Dublin residents and $26 for school district and non-residents is due upon class completion and is valid until the participant reaches age 16. Initial 1-hour

vision planning meeting can be telephonic, virtual or in-person at the DCRC. Subsequent sessions in the package are 30-45 minutes, telephonic or virtual.

Train to Run/Walk a 5K - 1:1 Training with Sherry Sherry Nowell, Certified RRCA Level 1 Coach Training sessions are held at the DCRC where you and Sherry discuss specific training topics and

then set off for the mileage that day. Additional running/walking is required on your own time to ensure that you are prepared for your race. Jr. Track: Earn the privilege of using the fitness track before age 13. Participants meet individually with a fitness staff member to learn track rules, proper track etiquette and procedures. Upon successful completion, youth ages 10-12 may use the track without adult supervision. Participants must successfully pass all areas of the program and be proficient in track etiquette and safety procedures to be able to use the track.
