Power Hour Micah Clayborn Instill fitness in your children at an early age in a fun and active way! Power Hour is led by local fitness expert, Micah Clayborn. Micah has competed professionally in bodybuilding, power lifting and in fitness competitions over the past 15 years. Exercises will include plyometrics, calisthenics, cardiovascular activities, and speed and agility for sports performance.

Obtain a short lesson from a state ranked esports player, experience a large tournament setting, and get hands-on time competing in a small bracket tournament while playing one of the world’s most popular games, Super Smash Bros.
