Begin and end with guided meditation and mindful breath work as you safely stretch and explore poses to improve balance, strength and stamina.

Yoga for Better Knees Workshop Kanchan Ambwani

Learn ways to stretch and strengthen your knees in this one-day class. This workshop covers knee functions, knee anatomy, how to keep knees happy and healthy, muscle releases, stretches & strengthening and is not intended to diagnose or treat knee conditions or injuries. Claudia’s classes focus on the mind-body connection, while creating a playful and uplifting atmosphere. She believes clear instruction and thoughtful sequences create a safe and challenging practice.
