3-ZONE is a dynamic, fun, high-energy small group/team fitness program experience that is more movement than muscle-oriented. All ability levels are able to progress and regress in order to push toward their individual and team goals. 3-ZONE is a strength and full body mobility program designed to burn calories and bring new levels of strength, power, support and flexibility to the butt, gut and shoulders. This brings structural longevity and pain-free movement. If you are looking to support your athletic goals, strengthen your core region, increase your functional mobility, or if you simply sit down too much at your office, then this program is for you. Every season of 3-ZONE works through specific progressions ensuring that a foundation is built from the inside out. Every training session builds on top of the last, increasing the challenge and complexities to ensure results.
