Andrew Jones is an expert in learning design and teacher professional development. His research at the University of Melbourne was focused in the area of Leadership Culture and School Improvement. He has been working in a range of school settings as a teacher, principal and leadership coach for almost 30 years.
He has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and now consults regularly with practitioners, researchers, policy makers and schools across Australia - including The Lakes South Morang College. Andrew has worked extensively with the middle level leaders and student managers at the college and was a key player in the development of the positive behaviour model that has been successfully implemented on the secondary campus.
