Finally, a small group training class just for ACTIVE older adults! You and a small group of others will work with a group fitness instructor on the fitness floor machines as well as in a classroom, learning exercises designed especially for those 50 and older. Strength building, balance, and flexibility are all emphasized. Work out with a group of your peers and see the results! Join Tyler twice per week, for a fun-filled circuit training class concentrating on improving overall body composition via a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises. The goal is to maximize your workout and torch calories by focusing on your target heart rate zones while using MyZone as an optional tool. Bring a water bottle and towel.
