BASIC FITNESS ASSESSMENT - Coming Spring 2023 During this 60-minute assessment, you will have the opportunity to complete an InBody, Flexibility and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) assessment. MAX FITNESS ASSESSMENT - Coming Spring 2023 During this 90-minute assessment, you will have the opportunity to complete an InBody, Flexibility, R esting M etabolic R ate (RMR) assessment AND a VO2 Max assessment .
