You, and a small group of others, work with a group fitness instructor once a week on exercises designed especially for those 55 and older. Strength building, balance and flexibility are emphasized. 3-ZONE is a dynamic, fun, high-energy small group/team fitness program that is more movement than muscle-oriented. All ability levels are able to progress and regress in order to push toward their individual and team goals. 3-ZONE is a strength and full body mobility program designed to burn calories and bring new levels of strength, power, support and flexibility to the butt, gut and shoulders. This brings structural longevity and pain-free movement. If you are looking to support your athletic goals, strengthen your core region, increase your functional mobility, or if you simply sit down too much at your office, then this program is for you. Every season of 3-ZONE works through specific progressions ensuring that a foundation is built from the inside out. Every training session builds on top of the last, increasing the challenge and complexities to ensure results.
