TBD: Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) national event
What Can I Drop Off at Drug Take Back Events? • At this time, the service accepts pills, gel-caps and dry medications. • The service does not accept liquids, sharp needles, syringes, inhalers, epinephrine autoinjectors, lancets or aerosol containers. • It is preferred that medications be sealed in a zip-close bag when dropping off at events.
The City of Dublin and Dublin Police are committed to working to end the opiate crisis in Central Ohio and around the nation. Prescription Drug Take Back events provide a free, safe way for community members to rid their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. This limits the exposure and abuse of drugs to community members.
PRESCRIPTION DRUG DROP BOX
Safely dispose of prescription drugs any time of year! Drop off prescription drugs 24/7 sealed in a zip-close bag at the drop box located inside the Dublin Justice Center lobby, 6565 Commerce Parkway, near the Police Records reception window.

SYNTERO TO HONOR LOCAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP
In recent years, the need for Syntero’s critical behavioral health, wellness and social services has increased as community members from all walks of life have been faced with unprecedented challenges. Syntero’s staff members have risen to the challenge by providing innovative services that meet clients at the point of need — both virtually and in person. As we have pulled together, we have also admired community members who have come together to support one another and create change through kindness and service. Particularly, young people throughout our community have exemplified incredible resilience and made contributions to their schools and communities while navigating uncertainties. On April 22, Syntero will honor Central Ohio high school students who have demonstrated community service and exemplified Syntero’s values of integrity, empowerment, innovation and inclusiveness at the 31st Annual Catalyst for Positive Change Awards at the Fawcett Center on The Ohio State University campus. Keynote speaker Dr. Amy Acton will share her inspiring story of leadership with attendees, including award recipients from Dublin Coffman, Dublin Jerome and Dublin Scioto high schools. To learn more about this celebratory event, and how you can be a catalyst for positive change by supporting the event through sponsorship or donations, please visit Syntero.org . All proceeds from the Catalyst for Positive Change Awards support Syntero’s services and programs.
