They will explore the differences between living, once living and products on living things. Students will learn to identify variations in the features or living things such as plants/flowers and animals and learn to characterise these organisms. Students will then learn how a change of state between solid and liquid can be caused by adding or removing heat. They will investigate how liquids and solids respond to changes in temperature and explore how changes from solid to liquid and liquid to solid can help us recycle materials.
