HCSO 2023 Annual Report

In a bid for improved communication and transparency, the Communications team at the HCSO shares the agency's narrative, bridging the gap between the operation, news media, and the public. Utilizing various channels, we ensure comprehensive releases and a unified public image. Throughout 2023, the team embraced social media, utilizing platforms like Facebook to share information on local and national events, community engagements, jail incidents, and notable arrests. With over 20,000 Facebook followers and a recent growth of 1,000 new followers, the team's reach has expanded significantly. Their multimedia approach, including videos that consistently attract 3,000 views per release, has proven effective. As the HCSO evolves, it encourages the community to stay engaged through their enhanced communication channels. The team remains committed to keeping Henry County citizens informed about the agency's vital activities.
