BASIC FITNESS ASSESSMENT During this 60-minute assessment, you have the opportunity to discuss goals and complete an InBody, RMR test and flexibility assessment. Following this, you’ll receive coaching based on your individual results.

MAX FITNESS ASSESSMENT During this 90-minute assessment, you have the opportunity to complete everything in the basic fitness assessment, plus VO2 testing. Following this, you’ll receive coaching on how to improve your VO2 max. Fee: $135 DCRC member | $145 Non-member

On the other hand, too little body fat can also pose a number of health risks, especially for women. Only by accurately measuring body composition do you learn the amount of fat and lean tissue that makes up your weight, enabling sensible decisions regarding nutrition and exercise programs. It’s the best way to get the “whole picture” of what’s really going on in your body.

Spring into Shape The Spring into Shape Fitness Challenge is an 8-week challenge to earn points and win prizes for working out and participating in group exercise classes and spotlight actions.
